Hair Color Services

At Mena and Co Salon, we specialize in transformative hair color services that enhance your natural beauty. Our Aveda color line is 97% naturally derived, ensuring a gentle touch that cares for your hair while delivering stunning results. We believe in personalized experiences, which is why we consult with every guest before each service to understand your unique desires and preferences. Plus, extensive color services include a relaxing wash and a blow dry, leaving you feeling refreshed and gorgeous.

Color Retouch

A Color Retouch is when a guest has new growth after a previous color process. New growth is when virgin or gray hair is visible. Any regrowth farther than half an inch may require more color which is subject to an additional charge. Most retouches are booked within 4-6 weeks from the previous color process, depending on the client's hair growth. A guest with long and/or thick hair is subject to an additional charge. Additional treatments, color, and services is subject to an additional charge.

Full Color (Single Color Process)

A Full Color is when the guest wants one color from the roots to the ends. Most Full color services utilize permanent color. A guest with long and/or thick hair is subject to an additional charge. Additional treatments, color, and services is subject to an additional charge.

Toner/Gloss

A toner or gloss is when a guest is looking to refresh their color and/or to add shine to the hair. A toner/gloss can be mixed to neutralize brassiness, to change the tone of the hair, or be clear to simply add shine. Most toner/gloss services use demi-permanent color. Toners/Gloss services last up to 6 weeks depending on how often the hair is washed and its condition.

*Please note, toner prices do not include a blowout. If you would like a natural finish blow dry with your toner/gloss service, there will be an additional charge.

All haircuts at Mena and Co. include a consultation for new or returning guests, a relaxing scalp massage and wash, a thorough haircut, and natural finish blow dry style. Long and/or thick hair guests are subject to an additional charge. Treatments, toners, and color services are subject to an additional charge.

SHOULD I HAVE A CONSULTATION BEFORE I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Whether you are new to Mena and Co. salon or are a regular, every appointment starts with a consultation. If you are looking to make a dramatic change, have box dyed hair, or are unsure of what service(s) you are looking for, we recommend booking a consultation. If you are interested in extensions, we require an extension consultation to color match and pick what type of extensions would work best for you!

ARE MENA AND CO.'S SERVICES AND PRODUCTS GUARANTEED?

Yes! We guarantee you will love your service and/or products. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will make it right. If you are unsatisfied with a service, we offer to correct the service with the same stylist or a different one, or we will refund the service. If you are dissatisfied with any product, we will offer an exchange or return within 30 days of purchase with minimal to no use.

DOES MENA AND CO. HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY/FEE?

Yes, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the cancelled service(s) if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before or if there is a no-show. Any service that requires more than 2 hours will require a card on file. All services booked online require a 50% deposit that will be used as store credit when the service is completed. DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS? HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

We do accept walk-ins, but availability is limited and not guaranteed. We recommend booking an appointment in advance. You can book an appointment in person, by phone, or online.
