WHAT KIND OF SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

We provide most hair and barber services like haircuts, blowout styles, color, highlights/foils, professional treatments, beard shave/trims, and more! We also provide facial waxing, red light therapy, and uv tanning! If you had a certain service or specialty in mind, give us a call and we can match you with the stylist that will work best for you.

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS? HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

​

We do accept walk-ins, but availability is limited and not guaranteed. We recommend booking an appointment in advance. You can book an appointment in person, by phone, or online. Light therapy services are only available to book in person or by phone. To book by phone, please call 209-579-7070. To book online, click the “book online” tab in the menu above.

DOES MENA AND CO. HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY/FEE?

​

Yes, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the cancelled service(s) if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before or if there is a no-show. Any service that requires more than 2 hours will require a card on file. All services booked online require a 50% deposit that will be used as store credit when the service is completed. If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us a call at 209-579-7070.

ARE MENA AND CO.'S SERVICES AND PRODUCTS GUARANTEED?

​

Yes! We guarantee you will love your service and/or products. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will make it right. If you are unsatisfied with a service, we offer to correct the service with the same stylist or a different one, or we will refund the service. If you are dissatisfied with any product, we will offer an exchange or return within 30 days of purchase with minimal use.

SHOULD I HAVE A CONSULTATION BEFORE I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

​

Whether you are new to Mena and Co. salon or are a regular, every appointment starts with a consultation. If you are looking to make a dramatic change, have box dyed hair, or are unsure of what service(s) you are looking for, we recommend booking a free consultation. If you are interested in extensions, we require an extension consultation to color match and pick what type of extensions would work best for you!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR HAIRCUTS?

​

Our haircuts include a wash, cut, and blowdry style. If you add a gloss, treatment or flat iron/curls, there will be an additional cost. If you opt out of a wash or blowdry, the cost is still the standard cost of a haircut. If you just trim the bottom of your hair, it is still considered a haircut. We have bang trim services for in between cuts, if necessary.

DOES MENA AND CO. HAVE GIFT CARDS?

​

Yes! We sell Salon gift cards that can be used on all services, products, and boutique clothing. Mena and Co. Salon gift cards can be purchased in-salon or online at the "Purchase Gift Cards" tab above under the "More" dropdown tab. There are also Mena and Co. Boutique gift cards available on menaandcoboutique.com. These gift cards can only be used on Mena and Co. Boutique items. Mena and Co. Salon gift cards cannot be used on the menaandcoboutique.com website.
