We reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy. Any appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours of the start time of your appointment. This cancellation policy applies to any appointment booked by any means: over the phone or online. The only way to cancel an appointment is to call Mena and Co. Salon at 209-579-7070. Please leave a message if no one is available to take your call. 

If an appointment is not cancelled with respect to our policy or if there is a no-call, no-show for the appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booked service to a card on file. We may also block the ability to book another appointment until the 50% of the previously booked service is paid.
